The taste of the Nov’Mandolin-Sextet for the music ecletism inclines it to tackle a vast repertoire including trascriptions by J.S. Bach, A. Vivaldi, L. Van Beethoven ou A. Piazzolla, but also contemporary works by M. Grivel, Vincent Beer-Demander or Dimitri Nicolau, expecially composed for its attention. However, one of the main objectives of the group is to promote the existing repertoire of the XIXth and XXth century. Munier, Turina, Wolki, Ambrosius, Mandonico, Françaix are included in his programme by the side of chief works for « plectrum groups », like the Sinfonietta opus 81 by Hans Gal or the Concerto opus 155 by Raffaele Calace. | R.
